Strongly influenced by jazz, funk and boogie themes, the producer and multi-instrumentalist from Porto SaiR drops Becoming through Neon Finger Records. After debuting on Omega Supreme in 2016 with a Self/Titled album, he returns with nine tracks, in which the fusion between electric instruments and synthesizers takes us back to a 80’s disco.
Becoming follows the instrumental lines of his previous works. This time around he counts on the vocal participation of some artists of the contemporary boogie and modern funk scene. Adam Chini (Star Creature and HoboCamp), Moniquea (MoFunk Records) and Andre Espeut add a special flavor to SaiR’s new explorations, further into supreme grooves. The album is available on Bandcamp with a limited vinyl edition.
