Fredfades and Jawn Rice from the Mutual Intentions crew - a label based in Oslo that consistently releases fresh sounds - have been collaborating on music for over ten years in different shapes and forms. Their full project is finally here. Jacuzzi Boyz is deeply rooted in traditional house and electronic music, but with super jazzy signature touches.

The project features vocalists such as Lucid Paradise, Stimulator Jones and Dreamcast who all contribute with soulful R&B oriented vocals. On Jacuzzi Boyz, Fredfades and Jawn Rice find the perfect balance on their musical backgrounds. The duo comes from successful solo projects - Fredfades, after years producing magnificent hip hop tracks, mainly with his partner in crime Ivan Ave, dropped the Warmth LP in 2017; Jawn Rice received praise for his Highlights debut in the same year, with vibrant keyboard soundscapes and vivid drum programming.

Courtesy of Mutual Intentions, Jacuzzi Boyz is already one of the hottest deep house records of 2019. They mix the traditional house music pace with 70’s boogie sounds and 80’s R&B feelings. The album is available in vinyl, on a limited edition that is running out. Made for warm dancefloors.
