In "Cloud Valley South", Guohan provides us a moment in which conscious thoughts start to fade away slowly into the night. The sun is setting, the hats cut through and the bass make us move and feel the deepness of it all.
OUT ON JUNE 17TH! The City of the Sun and Moon is a small masterpiece that reflects the mountains and liminal spaces from Guohan’s dreams and memories, channeling a healing warmth inspired by people, cities, villages, and tales of his grandparents. Influenced by the musical vibrations in Nottingham, this 6-tracker brings the listener along on an up-tempo odyssey, while retaining Guohan’s signature hypnotic style. Via Darker Than Wax, the record will be available on vinyl on June 17th.
