For a couple of years, Benaddict has been a regular favorite for us. His flow, words, themes to rap about and production choices are, by now, unmistakable. Rain Falls, his third solo album - following successful EP’s and collaborative projects -, is a mature piece of work. Every element is in place, contributing for a continuous harmony, a continuous palette of colors, that takes us for 12 tracks.
Once again releasing with Yogocop Records, Benaddict is joined by some of the best artists in the European hip hop scene. Producers like Philanthrope, Mr Slipz, Flo Filz, Wun Two, Psalm Trees are contemporary heroes in the genre. Voices from Ella Mae Sueref, Verbz, Eerf Evil and lili add a distinct and warm touch. Available in vinyl, Rain Falls deserves a calm and introspective listening.
