After a handful of choice iterations from the likes of Nicholas, Yadava, Aleksandir, Gnork and PC, London-based label Church returns with a fresh new number courtesy of Manchester's Loz Goddard, previously responsible for EPs on Dirt Crew, Outplay and Quintessentials. His latest release - Find Me - features a collection of three originals and a remix from the Session Victim crew.
Goddard puts together his own unique brand of melodic deep house in which he pairs an eclectic mix of jazz instrumentation with rolling basslines and steadfast percussion. Smokey and evocative, the title track has a mysterious voice that gives us a scenic, melancholic moment of pleasure. It implores us to dive and find it.
