Hugo Mari presents Minds Eye, two beautifully created and emotive jams, once again taking the helm of his own High Praise imprint, on a departure from their usual edit format. Following the astounding releases of Change Ur Ways EP (Heist) and Unalloyed Pleasure (Freerange Recordings), it was time to have Mari’s incredible productions showcased here.
Minds Eye sees Hugo Mari once again join forces with three time collaborator Zodiac on the first track, while the EP follows his knack for fusing organic elements with driving rhythms and emotive melodies, crafting versatile material that works beautifully either at home or on the dancefloor.
