Dropping tomorrow, Artisjok Records will unveil the highly awaited Save Some, the debut EP from Nowhere People, a new project that serves as a unique musical bridge between scenes of Tbilisi and Amsterdam. This exciting collaboration was sparked by Mishulino, a Tbilisi-born producer now residing in Amsterdam, bringing together an exceptional cast of musicians. The EP features the prodigious Beka Gochiashvili, also known as Bjazz11, on keys – an artist whose talent has already garnered global recognition. Sharing the spotlight is Luka Tuporia, another gifted young talent from Tbilisi, whose deep roots in jazz, funk, and fusion infuse their playing with raw emotion and instinctive flow. The ensemble is further enriched by the beautiful string textures of Anna Zavorina and the distinctive contributions of Finn Peters, all seamlessly woven together under Mishulino and Cem Mo thoughtful production work.
Save Some ‘s final result pays homage to the collaborative effort and passion poured into its creation, moving effortlessly across genres from fusion to hyperjazz to broken beat and beyond. This record on Artisjok Records showcasing how diverse backgrounds and styles can converge to create something fresh, deeply expressive, and truly unique.
