O Sótão’s favorite Pinty is back with a corageous album that marks late 2022. Pinty’s House ethos is based on his dreams of a huge house party, where every room has something different playing. That is very much successfully attained in 10 tracks that showcase a diversity of styles and approaches to sounds of London. Pinty connects the dots with his usual, and unmistakable, vocal flow.
Pinty’s House is also a masterclass in collaboration. Featuring guest vocals from Catching Cairo, Mina Rose and Jadasea and production from long time friend and collaborator King Krule under his DJ JD Sports moniker, as well as Totally Enormous Extinct Dinosaurs, George FitzGerald, Karma Kid, Afriqua, Nat Home and Izco. This ends up giving the LP different musical spaces, truthful to Pinty’s ideas and favorite genres. Available on vinyl, via Winged Feet.
